and the summer fun continues. . .

I couldn't stop myself. I went to mom's for ten whole days! Of course I broke it up with a few days at Nats where thankfully my dog did great with her cat. Mom ended up having eye surgery the day we left. Her retina began to detach just as her other eye had done three or four years ago. Crazy huh? So glad that we got out of her hair so she can recover but also that I was there to cook dinner and hang with her the two evening before we left where she was stressed and not sure if she would need the surgery or not. We actually had quite the stormy weather while there so only one day at the beach but that was okay, the cousins don't really care where they play as long as they are together. We took the kids to the Bonner county fair (Sandpoint, Id). It was the perfect size (teeny) and SO WELL DONE with a Wizard of Oz theme. On the same day as the fair we stopped by Daniel's workplace and admired the Kodiaks they had finished. Very nice looking planes! We had a wonderful time as usual with friends and family.

happiest pig on the block lol

 the planes are loud!

we had Natalie laughing so hard trying to get a good selfie of the three of us that she almost peed her pants
