we went hiking at Bowl and Pitcher on one of the days the air wasn't so bad from the local forest fires

this pool was FREEZING and they just did not care!
my Uncle Rook and his wife Karyn were up from California. he had the kids doing races all over the backyard. He's pretty much one of them.
my nana turns 89 next week. how bout that?

there is nowhere else I'd rather be. Except maybe a beautiful beach with my husband and no kids. Maybe.

these are the kind of afternoons that I wish every person could experience. the poor, the hungry, the misplaced, the rich, the lonely, the war-torn, the joyful, everyone.
